  can you hear the small motor run when you push the button in? have a helper push the button and put your ear close to the mirror. if you dont hear the motor run, check the electrical path, if you do hear the motor youll need to disassemble the mirror and reattach the worm gear to the receiver on the back side of the mirror itself.
