What part do I need to shut off fan?

My fan does not shut off at all. When I start the car, the fan comes on and stays on until the engine is shut off. What part needs to be replaced?

  something is keeping the fan on, could be anything from the tempp sensor to a stuck relay. I would start with those two, unplug the temp sensor and see if the fan stops. If it does try a new temp sensor, if not pull the relay it could be stuck closed.
