2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LS 8Cyl5.3L - Engine

My o2 sensor or sensors are bad i think. Will this do any damage to the motor if i continue to drive the truck?

My service engine light is on but the truck runs great. Wouldnt know there was a problem if not for the light.

  Not really, the O2 sensors simply monitor the exhaust gases and send the signal to the ECM (engine control module). You may have some rough running from the engine on occaision - until the O2 sensors can be replaced.
  Check the many different on-line auto parts sources; such as - www.autopartswarehouse.com, www.partsgeek.com and www.rockauto.com for the replacement parts.
