2004 Mazda 6 i 4Cyl2.3L - Steering & Suspension
I have a noise under my car. This noise appears after some minutes of drive after an initial rest. Like friction noise.
Mileage is about 80,000. No work has been done yet. The noise happens when the vehicle has moved for some minutes. Meaning after an initial drive afresh, the noise is not heard until after some minutes of drive. The noise is heard during driving in potholes and uneven roads. When a tyre bumps into a hole, it is heard. Interesting thing is that when the vehicle is at rest/parked and you stand by any of the tyres and press/exert pressure on the tyre/shock absorbers by pressing on the engine bonnet, the friction noise is heard. When repeated at the other side, it is heard. Engine check light is not on.
It occurred previously and when my mechanic sprinkled some oil around some suspension parts, it stopped until it has appeared now again.
