nissan cube 2009 won't start by intelligent key ?

Nissan cube won't start by intelligent key when want to start the care/push the finger-start button yellow key symbol is coming on in kilo meter plant .
i already replace engine battery and intelligent key battery .

  it needs i-key reprogramming, go to your dealer

  thanks from your feedback as here in Afghanistan we haven't any Nissan expert and dealer while i will try for it to find-out an intelligent tech nation to reprogram the key .if any changes occur re i will update u please follow your help with us .
