Does this model require changing the timing Belt at 90,000 miles?

My mechanic tells me it has no timing belt but the Toyota maintenance indicates that it does.

  No timing belt on the 1.8L engine - this model has a timing chain, with no recommended replacement intervals like the timing belt has.

  Thank you so much for the feedback. It is very much appreciated. Would you know why the coils and serpentine belt would have to be changed twice in less than one year?
