2003 Dodge Caravan SE 4Cyl2.4L - Transmissions & Drivetrains

why my minivan is still on limp mode

every thing start when I see the code p0700
then catalizer below trashold bank 1
I did the oil flush filter,solenoid pack in put out put sensors range sensor knock sensor and still on limp mode do I need to change the TCM.

  after all trying everything I had to repair the trans 1 year warranty and now is driving smooth
  do not expend money changing this and those let the pro do the job.
  go with tow or three mechanics and then decide what to do I,m in Florida .Bless you.
