Miata fuel Pp does not turn on w/ key. Is it the Pp or the fuel Pp relay? Where is the relay?

Can i test Pp with 12v direct wiring?

  The relay is in the junction box in the engine compartment. Yes you can test the the relay using a tester to test for continuity or direct test using 12v battery the relay should give a click sound.
