Long Start with Low Fuel pressure

I have a 2 second longer Start. The pressure when the key is on but not running drops to 0 after 2 seconds. After starting it, it is in the normal range of 56psi. When turned off it drops to 0 after 3 seconds. The Fuel injectors are not leaking, the fuel damper has suction. The truck also has a new fuel filter.
