Why is there lines of oil/fluid on my tire wall

Going from the center out there is streaks of oil or someother type of fluid on my tire walls, i take pride in cleanliness and im sick of looking at it.

  The source is most likely leaking brake fluid; from the brake calipers or flexible brake hoses. Try the many on-line auto parts sources; such as - www.autopartswarehouse.com, www.partsgeek.com or www.rockauto.com for the replacement parts.

  If you dont have any brakes then yeah, you blew a brake line, but, if the brakes are working fine then you need an axle seal. Ill bet if you check the differential fluid your going to find that its either very low or theres nothing there depending on how long you have had this problem. Im assuming this is only happening on one tire.
