  Most Mercedes license plate lights have 2 screws in the lens. Loosen the screws and pull off lens. Then remove bulb and install new bulb. There are 2 license plate lights, left and right. I don't recall which model I saw it on but only once did I see a benz that had license plate light different than the ones I just described.
