Jeep engine bogs when I try to accelerate but not when I rev in neutral??

Jeep engine bogs when I try to accelerate, changed plugs, wires, coil, rotor, dist cap. Don't know what to do next?????

  You probably just have low fuel pressure causing your condition. Just be sure that the exhaust is not plugged up.

  Exhaust is not clogged, changed fuel filter and fuel pressure is good.
