Jeep is dead. Not sure if it's the battery or what.
No symptoms at all. Has been starting just fine and all of a sudden, I turned the key and got nothing! Tried my lights, no go. No radio, no panel lights when I turned the key. Hooked up jumper cables and got lights, radio and panel lights. Gave it a few minutes and tried to start it, got the click click click thing. After several rests and attempts to start, it just absolutely would not crank over. Battery???

jlofwash 8/31/2011sure sounds like the battery, a few minutes of jump charging wont recharge the cells enough for a good start. youll have to leave cars jumped together for a least 10 minutes if the battery has been completely depleated. and once it starts, i suggest you let the engine run atl least a half hour to recharge the batt. try it and repost.....................
