2004 Suzuki Verona EX 6Cyl2.5L - Engine

I'm getting oil in the last spark plug closest to the driver side can this be caused by a bad PVC valve

Smoke out exhaust and black oily plug

  A broken or damaged O-rings around spark plug wells at cylinder head was the cause of the oil to wet the spark plug.
