2004 Chevrolet Impala Base 6Cyl3.4L - Engine

My ignition switch will not turn with either of my keys. What is the problem?

The steering wheel is not locked and the wheels are straight.

  Two things make sure that the shifter is all the way into park or the cylinder broke inside and must be replaced.
