Jimm 12/15/2012Use a handheld vacuum tool (such as a MityVac) to apply a vacuum to the different hoses - to find the leak. Often, simply wiggling / moving the hoses one-at-a-time can cause the crack or leak to come and go - then you have located the problem. Simply replace the specifc vacuum hose.
Also, check the intake air boot and hose system on top the engine - these can develop small cracks over time.
