  Mercedes Benz is designed almost like air craft engines..there is many sensors, that's why Benz is a lot better than any America cars. Sensors and Valves are very important to replace after 100k miles to make your car worry free next 100k. I will say cost you to replace all of those sensor and valve devices would cost from $1200 to $1500. worth to last next 100k miles or more if you re smart.
