How to replace the catalytic converter?

I bought a new one store says its the right one, new one doesn't have holes for the bolts!!!!

  Take it back to store and show / tell them it's not the right one . Things do get put in wrong boxes or someone looked up wrong part number . Or it might be a cheap P.O.S that will work but you have to make fit . If it's the right one you don't need a welder and torch to put it in .
