Each individual coil is held in place by one captive bolt, apparently captivated by a single washer under the coil mounting tab. I loosened the bolts to the point that the coils and the bolts will freely move up and down about 1/2 inch, but the washers limit the upward movement of the bolts and the washers appear to be somehow locked to the intake manifold. I cannot pull the bolts/washers out and thus cannot remove the coils to replace the spark plugs. Help!!!
