  The perimeter clips and obvious fasteners are easy to remove. The last 2 screws were hidden behind the wood grain panel behind the door grip. This panel was removed by sliding a thin spatulla looking thing (you can improvise as long as its thin and flexible) Just slide the tool between the back of the woodgrain panel and the upholstery, feel the plastic clip (there are two of them), and lift up. Take out the two phillip's head screws.
