how do i get the front rotor off

  Shouldn't be to much different then most cars. Remove wheel remove the 2 bolts holding the back of the caliper. slide the caliper off the rotor and set it somewhere where it is not hanging by just the break line or it will snap the line. and the rotor should just pull off.

  i did that and pulled snap ring over axel
