  you can use 9 battery voltage and connect to relay pins 85, 86, the relay should click or use a voltmeter pins 85 and 86,, 70 to 100 Ohms must relay are about 78 to 85 Ohms pins 30 and 87 Open set your voltmeter on Ohms scale..if you need more info how to test the fuel pump let me know, good luck..
