Jimm 5/23/2012Basically, same as most other vehicles. Raise the front end and support on jack stands. Place an oil drain pan underneath the engine oil pan and drain plug. Remove the oil pan drain plug. When all il is drained, replace the oil drain plug and tighten securely - not over tight.
Next, reposition the oil drain pan underneath the engine oil filter, loosen and remove the engine oil filter. Replace engine oil filter - make sure a film of clean engine oil is applied to the gasket surface to insure proper sealing. Tighten the oil filter by hand - with maybe an extra 1/3 to 1/2 turn.
Fill the engine with the proper grade and type on engine oil as listed in the vehicle owners manual.
