How do I get broken rubber boot out of spark plug hole?
This has happened on three of the four plugs, I was able to get two out, but the last one is being very difficult. I'm using a pick set, mostly the hook one, to try and pull it out. Very little room between the block and frame. Any other suggestions?

Try a long needle nose plier.

I called in a local mechanic that will hopefully have a pair to try. since it's a horizontal engine, a sharp and skinny 90 degree angle is needed with the nose being long enough to reach. I could not find a pair on a local store shelf that would work. only tool dealers have them and they cost upwards of $60.
