  Here are the things you have to check
  
  1. Fuse of the horn...i believe the fuse of your horn is located in location 2 of the fuse box under the hood, its connected to the alarm as well so don't be surprised if your alarm doesn't work
  
  1-14 bottom right corner
  
  2. Replace the horn if everything is ok in #1
