1998 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra 8Cyl4.6L - Engine
I have hesitation when i hit the gas, whats the problem?
the following has been replaced, MAF sensor, fuel pressure regulator, plugs and wires, fuel filter, and fuel pump

    Have you checked for fault codes? You have covered the main causes of hesitation with the parts you replaced. I would still check fuel pressure to verify that it is within spec. Perform the fuel pressure and leakdown test. The fuel pressure specs is 30-35 psi at idle and should increase to 40-45 psi with the vacuum hose removed from the fuel pressure regulator. The fuel pressure should hold pressure.

    i think i had the same issue you are describing and i replaced the camshaft Synchronizer and sensor that goes with it. can you describe the issue in more detail so i can see if was just like mine?
