  first check your oil, if it hasent been changed in a while start by changeing it
  check your radiator (when cold) if its milky looking you have a bad head gasket
  
  after you change your oil and check your radiator, if it is still smoking I would bring it to a mechanic, most lilkley you have a bad valve seal or bad rings
