Both of my headlights work on the high-beam setting, but only the driver's side works on the low-beams. What is wrong?
I have already swapped out both headlights with new ones. Same problem. I cannot figure out what wiring problem would cause only the low-beam on the one side to not work.

    Have you tried swapping relays?

No I have not. Where are the relays located?

The wire for low beam that connects to the low beam in the passenger side is loose or circuit is open. Check that wire and replace if damaged/chaffed.
