1988 Cadillac Allante Base 8Cyl4.1L - Brakes

front brakes are locking up and not releasiing. the car has been parked since 2007

i have replaced the front calipers.the caliper has fluid going to it but does not seem to be releasing. Is it the master cylinder causing my problem? The rear brakes work fine.

  Several possibilities; faulty / collapsed / contaminated front brake flexible hoses, faulty / seized brake master cylinder, contaminated / brake fluid (too much moisture content) causing dirt / corrosion in brake system.
