1988 Suzuki Samurai JX 4Cyl1.3L - Brakes

Both front brakes Locked

Brake petal is super stiff and the pads are touching the rotor. Master cylinder?

  you may need to replace your master cylinder. Other wise i would check the brake piston to see if its leaking break fluid. If it is that's the brake caliper you need to replace. If its not your front brakes then its the rear. check the same things as on the front. If you still find nothing then you need to check the lines. Check for fluid if you find none it probably you master cylinder. Brakes are easy. Your looseing pressure somewhere. Have somone pump your breaks until you find the leak.
