i need some help fixing power sterring

yes the power sterring doesnt work but i was wonting to ask if the can like thing on the deal you put brake fluid in that says compessed gas has anythingto do with the powersterring.and is it supossed o be able to move.i was just wondering befor i take off the power sterring pump.

  Failure possibilities for the power steering; power steering fluid level low, faulty / leaking power steering pump, faulty / leaking power steering hoses, faulty / leaking steering gearbox, faulty / leaking steering rack assembly.
