someone filled the tranny and drove it a little bit it wont shift proper what damage could that cuase

  Filled the tranny with what??? Im thinking maybe with oil ??? Im not really understanding this??
  If you caught it, you may be ok, Ford makes a real good transmission, and I would like to know more.
