  One of the front hub bearings is bad. Jack up each front wheel and spin them and listen and feel for looseness when you do a top and bottom wiggle for bearing play. Usually, whichever side you hear the noise from is the bad bearing side. Try to determine left side or right side. Probability is greater than 75% that this is the cause of your vibration.
