1980 Porsche 924 Base 4Cyl2.0L - Engine

Engine turns but won't start. where do I begin? NOTE; information above is incorrect, should be; 1976 Porshe 914 2.0

Fuel pump runs, spark is questionably weak, cold start valve doesn't get any power.

  Did you already check the condition of your battery (cranking amperage, voltage, state of charge) and its terminals/cables? Try to check out this link http://www.automd.com/diagnose/inspection it might help you.
