2007 Cadillac Escalade ESV 8Cyl6.2L - Engine

I have engine noise when I first start it and until the engine warms up. It sounds like lifters. Is this a problem?

  Simply make sure you do your oil changes and think about using a synthetic oil like 10-40W Mobil 1

  How long has it been doing this ? I own a semi and haul nothing but new Chevy's . Most sit for a few days before we move them . All do this when we first start them for a few seconds .
