2005 Ford Five Hundred SEL 6Cyl3.0L - Engine
My engine is jumping whenever I accelerate and decelerate. What do I need to do to fix this?
It jumps when I accelerate and decelerate like its loose or wants to jump out of it's seating.

    Check all the motor mounts.
