1999 Saturn SL Base 4Cyl1.9L - Engine

engine does not crank

Is there a safett switch in the ingnition that if the key is not recognized shuits down the fuel pump so the car will not start even though all elctrical systems are ok

  check battery terminals connected to the body ground and starter motor, malfunction or damage starter motor(replace)if damage.
