  Not likely to be a bad ECM. Usually bad ECM shuts you down / no start. You must have someone with a scan tool capable of reading codes on 94 Dodge. It all starts with reading the codes. The codes tell the story or at least give you a place to begin. Make sure that all the basics are done like cap/rotor/wires/spark plugs/fuel filter.
