when smog check they say the car it has to much gas and runing rich how to fix it

  If there is no check engine light on, I would suspect that the O 2 sensor is lazy, but the best way to check this is to have a Tech to put it on a Snap-on scanner or Genesis that can take a look at the perimeters to see what is going on.
