Did this malfunction happen all at once? One day all windows and locks were working normal and then all of a sudden the only one that works is the passenger window?

Bad switch on driver side or broken wires where the wiring harness enters the driver side door. The switches are also known as "door modules"

The wire harness is held into the door switches by a plastic clip.they get briddle and break. Then from you closing the door they work out.It takes about 30 minutes to take the inner door off and get in ther to put them back on.i have replaced 2 power window motors on my 2001 jeep.

It is very possible for humidity to have entered the module or the motors, possibly lowing a fuse. I would start there. It is also very possible for the weather to have caused soome sticking of the glass, popping a fuse. I would try lubricating the rubber weather stripping, then replacing a blown fuse. Go from there.
