after driving a few miles, something knocks hard at around 10 mph
i noticed it in stand still traffic. its always when my speed increases at around 10 mph. i thought it was a transmission problem. its like my truck lunges forward. also the exhaust smells really bad...related problems?

Hi slip_rompe, this could be a worn, faulty, damaged, dirty, improperly functioning, or incorrectly adjusted carburetor.
