After driving long enough for the engine to warm (30minutes tops) the vehicle will not go into gear just stays in neutrl

Neutral. The transmission fluid is full any ideas

  I doubt anyone answering questions on the site will have any first hand model specific info for you on your issue with a Maserati transmission problem, but what would still apply as it would apply to most cars is a check on fault codes that may be stored. My gut feeling is that this needs to be looked at by the dealer service dept or a very up to date tranny shop.
