1991 Geo Prizm Base 4Cyl1.6L - Transmissions & Drivetrains

while driving my car makes a very bad whining noise. like a bearing going out. but no clue what bearing it is

96000 miles. checked wheel bearings both are good. also checked fluid and it is good. also only happens when i am driving. when it is just sitting at idle it doesn't make the noise.

  If a 4 speed manual transmission, which most of these were, it sounds like a clutch throwout bearing bad.
