1995 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer 6Cyl4.0L - Steering & Suspension

I don`t know wht this thing is but it appears to be broken and i can hear a clunk only when I turn right .

The part that is broken is vertical and is located on the drivers side behind the front wheel, there also is another located on the passenger side but looks to be in working condition.

  Stabalizer bar link. You may find it difficult to replace just the one side because the other side is fully tightened and you may need to loosen it to make room for the installation on the side you are replacing. They usually do not loosen and retighten after they have been installed for years. They break when you try to loosen them.
