2000 Ford Taurus SE 6Cyl3.0L - Engine

DOHC S engine . SES PO 401

SES Code PO 401. Cleaned EGR valve and all air pasages. (They were not dirty or blocked) EGR opens and closes normally. Replaced EGR vacuum solenoid. Still shows PO 401 code.
What do I try next? Thanks in advance.

  Replace a part called the DPFE your ford dealer will know exactly what it is
