2011 Chevrolet Cruze LS 4Cyl1.8L - Transmissions & Drivetrains

I want to have cruise control installed on my 2011 Chevy Cruze. How do I find a mechanic that can/will do this?

I have talked to a few auto shops but they have been unable to perform that task.
