have a constent squeal what can it be

constent squeal replaced the tensioner pulley not that, belts are good sounds like worn bearings somewhere but where, pulley or alternator.

  Try this step - using caution - and a very long flat blade screwdriver - place the blade end carefully against the alternator or other component housing - with the engine running, and the other screwdriver end next to your ear - listen for dry bearing noises - like a scratching sound or any other adverse noise.
  
  You may also use a mechanics stethoscope for the same inspection tehnique.
