  TCC slippage. Traditional fix is a new lock up solenoid, updated TCC apply valve(in valve body) and theres also an upgraded valve to put in the pump but not completely necessary. Sonnax makes a kit for this. http://www.transmissionpartsusa.com/

  There is a greater than 90% probability that the transmission has to be rebuilt. Sorry, I cannot sugar coat this answer. It's over.
