1998 Honda Accord LX 4Cyl2.3L - Engine

CODE P0401 AFTER REPLACING EGR VALVE

I recently replaced my EGR valve and I'm still getting the same code. Does anyone know what else I should do to fix this? I've cleaned out the EGR passages as much as I can. Is there a DPFE sensor on my car? I can't find a replacement part.

  Hi there
  If you hook up a scan tool and command the EGR valve open at Idle the engine should stall if you cleaned the passages completely. I assume that you replaced the EGR valve with a brand new Honda OEM part?
