my clutch makes a grinding noise when coming to stops while the rpms are up
The clutch dont slip at all but if im coming to a stop i press the clutch in and it will make a grinding sounds and you can feel it through the pedal. but if im stopped and at idle it wont do it. it only does it with the rpms up or feathering the clutch and the gas at the same time

Probably the diaphram tension is poor due to bent fingers or the release bearing might be defective. Removal of the assembly is needed to examine and determine the exact problem. Have it checked before damage get worse.
